Disclaimer: Please note that sales figures for months one year ago and earlier have been adjusted to remove DFTs (deals fallen through) and that sales for months within the past year will be retroactively adjusted to remove DFTs as this information is disclosed by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board each month. Accordingly, some "back data" points will change over time. Please also note that some market segments have been omitted due to their small size (link, co-op apartment, detached condominium and co-ownership apartment). These segments collectively account for approx. 2% of the total market.
